Position: Information Technology Specialist (ENTARCH/DATAMGT)

About the Position:

Serves as Information Technology Specialist (ENTARCH/DATAMGT), with scope of responsibility encompassing Information Technology.

Specialized

Experience:

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes:

  • 1) Led enterprise-wide data governance and information architecture initiatives by developing and implementing governance frameworks, enterprise data models, policies, standards, and secure integration strategies that improved data quality, interoperability, and compliance across a complex organization,
  • 2) Directed current- and future-state data architecture, advised senior executives on digital modernization, AI/ML, analytics, and business intelligence investments, and integrated data governance into organizational planning, acquisition, and mission operations,
  • 3) Supervised multidisciplinary technical teams by establishing priorities, managing performance, developing workforce capabilities, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and
  • 4) Collaborated directly with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve enterprise issues, represent the Chief Data and AI Officer, and drive strategic adoption of data governance principles supporting mission objectives.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the competencies, as defined:
