Material Planner/Supply Clerk
ATS is looking for a Material Planner/Supply Clerk to work at Pope Army Airfield, NC. Supply Clerks are responsible for managing and organizing inventory, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and distributed as needed. Responsibilities
- Catalog, receive, store, ship/transfer, issue, and dispose of aircraft program spares, equipment, stockage, bench stock, and other materiel.
- Schedule and perform supply inventories with appropriate Government accountability oversight.
- Maintain accurate RRAT data of current status of repairable items.
- Receive, submit and maintain asset visibility transactions for the unit.
- Monitor, maintain status and reconcile Unique Item Tracking requirements through Seller Logistics procurement cell.
- Review records to identify shortages and coordinate with the National Inventory Control Point for requisition and releases/shipment of high priority items.
- Prepare equipment and paperwork (DD Form 1348-1) necessary for the turn in of Government property to DRMO.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S citizen with a valid drivers license
- Must have a security clearance SECRET level or higher or the ability to obtain one (Preference will be given to those with an active clearance).
- Familiarization with applicable US Army parts tracking system (T-Trax preferred).
- Must have experience with expediting aviation parts.
