Business Manager NF

This position is located at All American Bingo facility, Fort Bragg, NC.

Army NAF pay setting rules apply to this vacancy.

• Incentives will not be paid.

• Manages a large business activity and formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
• Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies and coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.
• As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors and conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
• Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.
• Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.
  2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Scheduled hours will vary; must be able to work an irregular schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and other assigned shifts.
• Must be able to meet physical requirement ; ability to stand and walk for extended periods during bingo sessions.
