Corvias seeks a Maintenance Tech II to perform routine and complex repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and related trades. You will work under supervision to ensure safe, clean, well-maintained homes for residents and manage make-ready turnover efficiently.
The role requires 3+ years in housing maintenance, EPA Type I/II certification, and a strong customer-service focus. A valid license and own basic tools are expected.
