Cherokee Federal is seeking a Lead Alarm Monitor (Part-Time) to provide emergency and non-emergency communications for soldiers, family members, citizens and visitors. This mid-shift role (12 a.m.
– 8 a.m., Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) requires an active US DoD-issued CAC card or the ability to obtain one to be considered. Responsibilities include leading a team of three Alarm Monitors, tracking recordings and response times, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance with PWS and SOP/GTA.
