Manages hotel front desk duties (check‑ins, guest requests) during the night shift (approx. 11 PM – 7 AM) while also performing crucial accounting and reporting tasks, balancing daily transactions, verifying guest accounts, and preparing financial/operational reports for management. Other duties may include processing laundry.

Your Day to Day
  • Check‑in and check‑out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments per established procedures.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Simplify every stay by swiftly checking guests in and out – take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes.
  • Record and act on guest preferences, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Act as a trusted contact for all guests – assist with bill issues, provide local knowledge, and involve management when necessary.
  • Follow safety procedures, report incidents, and wear required protective gear.
  • Represent the hotel as a brand ambassador by maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Stay updated on daily events and activities.
  • Support colleagues with ad‑hoc duties as requested.
What We Need From You
  • Availability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts across a 7‑day period.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments.
  • Problem‑solving abilities to turn issues into opportunities.
  • Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
  • Literate and tech‑savvy – reading, writing, basic math, and computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree is a bonus.
  • At least one year of front desk or guest service experience.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform bending and kneeling.
Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $15.16 to $25.00. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision, insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees.
