Serve as a team leader ensuring program staff provide developmentally appropriate care for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years;
Develop, plan, and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and activities based on observed needs and interests;
Instruct staff in tasks and job techniques, provide written instructions, materials, and supplies;
Ensure health and safety standards including diapering, toileting, handwashing, cleaning/disinfection, food service, safe sleep, and care for ill children/youth;
Monitor and document children's progress and incidents; supervise classroom and outdoor activity areas; coordinate field trips as needed
