Space​/Cyber Training and Operations Support

Overview

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for Space and Cyber professionals to support training and operations for the 1st Space Brigade in Colorado Springs. The work will be on site at Fort Carson. Under Government oversight, while serving as a contractor, the analyst will train Soldiers to perform space and cyber operations in support of 1st Space Brigade missions.

Applicants must communicate well verbally and in writing. The compensation range is $115,000 to $125,000 for a full-time schedule, with variation based on skills, experience, and education.

• Train Soldiers to perform space and cyber operations in support of 1st Space Brigade missions.
• Develop and update Training and Evaluation Objectives (T&EO).
• Evaluate Soldier performance against the T&EOs and provide recommendations to unit commanders regarding certification of crews and individuals.
• Develop training programs of instruction.
• Provide training to Soldiers in support of 1st Space Brigade mission sets.
• Provide technical advice to commanders regarding system employment and TTPs (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures).
• Document training progress.
• Schedule training using low-density training assets for high student throughput.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

• Tactical experience with 1st Space Brigade systems or similar systems.
• Previous training experience.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

• Tactical experience with 1st Space Brigade systems or similar systems.

• Completed a military instructor course within the last ten years.
