Job Description
Earn money while having fun. Delivery drivers can earn up to $20 to $30 hourly. Cash paid daily. Opportunity for advancement to management positions. Delivery drivers must be at least 18 years old. Have a reliable car or truck with current registration. Be able to pass background and MVR. Applicants under 19 must have held a license for 2 years; applicants over 19 must have held a license for 1 year.
Must have minimum liability insurance.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have a reliable car or truck with current registration.
- Be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Applicants under 19 must have held a license for 2 years; applicants over 19 must have held a license for 1 year.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including cases of ingredients and supplies.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop, squat, reach, and manipulate items as required.
- Good eye‑hand coordination.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work within varying temperatures and in contact with food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
- Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Exposure to hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
- Exposure to sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Tasks may require walking short distances, sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying heavy items (up to 30 pounds), pushing or pulling equipment up to 7.5 pounds of force, climbing stairs or ladder, stooping and bending at the waist, squatting occasionally, reaching above 72 inches, and continuous use of hands for eye‑hand coordination.
