• Own and support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities across multiple legal entities
• Prepare and review intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting
• Support audits by preparing schedules and partnering with external auditors
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
• Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to a team‑first culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience in a multi‑entity and/or intercompany environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
• CPA or CPA‑track is a plus, not a requirement
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
