ABOUT THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ASSISTANT ROLE

We're looking for people to join our team who have a "go-the-extra-mile" mindset while operating efficiently and with integrity in their daily responsibilities. If you're someone who understand payroll, accounting, or technology and are passionate about providing fantastic service in a business-to-business environment, this could be the role for you. As a Payroll Specialist Assistant, you'll work with a team of people assisting them in running their clients through a step of processes, to ensure the team has the support they need in order to get clients payroll processed in a timely manner.

This role works closely with the Payroll Operations team to assist in data entry, pulling reports and supporting client needs. This role will be located in our headquarters office in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are looking to fill the role within the next 90 days.

The opportunity to be a Payroll Specialist Assistant is for you if you have:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • A love of new technology and are quick to adapt to it
  • Superior client service skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms
  • A high level of emotional intelligence shown through compassion and empathy

  • Fail to hold themselves personally accountable for their performance
  • Lack a sense of urgency or move at a slow, methodical pace
