What you will be doing:
- Duties will include the full spectrum of finance and accounting responsibilities.
- Will coordinate financial reporting from foreign entities and ensure that they are consistent with US GAAP and company policy.
- Ensure accuracy of financial reporting through the use of audit procedures.
- Will serve as the primary finance interface between corporate staff and operational entities.
- Assist with SEC reporting 10-K &10-Q
- Develop reports and automated interfaces to keep management informed on the financial status of entities.
- Preparation of journal entries to record results in a consolidated group.
