Audit Senior​/Manager- Government Agencies and NPOs

My client, a regional CPA firm specializing in government agencies and nonprofit organizations, is seeking an audit professional for their office in the Fort Collins, CO area. The firm is open to a Senior Audit Associate or Manager.

• Perform audit procedures across key financial statement areas including cash, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, payables, revenue, debt, equity, and accruals.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and well-organized audit work papers in accordance with professional standards.
• Research accounting and auditing matters and document conclusions thoughtfully and precisely.
• Identify issues and communicate findings to senior associates, managers, and partners—early and clearly.
• Interact directly with clients to obtain information, answer questions, and keep engagements moving.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve accounting and audit matters efficiently and professionally.
• Support teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative, no-ego team environment.
• Take on additional projects as assigned to broaden experience and deepen understanding.
