Tax Manager

Fort Collins, CO | Onsite A well-established and growing CPA firm in the Fort Collins area is seeking experienced Tax & Accounting professionals to join their team. Opportunities are available for candidates at multiple experience levels who enjoy building long-term client relationships and providing trusted accounting and tax services to small business clients.

We are a collaborative, people-first firm where you’ll inherit an established book of business - allowing you to focus on serving clients rather than generating new ones.

• Manage an assigned portfolio of business and individual clients.
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Provide ongoing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting services.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Assist clients with tax planning, compliance, and general accounting questions throughout the year.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service.
• Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and accounting best practices.

• Public accounting experience in tax and/or accounting.
• Experience preparing business and/or individual tax returns.
• Bookkeeping and general accounting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional client service.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or accounting degree preferred (depending on level of experience).
