Responsibilities
- Oversee the production accounting business cycle for Client Service Teams (CST)
- Supervise Financial Business Manager positions and monitor their workload
- Work with FBM and Team Financial Assistants to ensure timely client billing
- Participate in process reviews to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in preparation for the annual financial statement audit
- Interact with corporate leadership and maintain confidentiality
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience as an accountant or business management role required
- Knowledge of accounting transaction flows
- Knowledge of economic principles and practices and financial data analysis
- Proficiency in Deltek VantagePoint and Elevia accounting systems
- Advanced in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
