We are seeking a Senior Accountant – Treasury & Corporate Accounting to play a key role in managing the financial operations of a diverse portfolio of operating companies, real estate holdings, investment entities, and related businesses.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Accountant, you'll serve as a trusted partner in both accounting and treasury functions, helping ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash activity across multiple entities and banking relationships.
  • Coordinate cash transfers, intercompany funding, and liquidity planning.
  • Support and maintain banking and investment accounts, including relationship management with financial institutions.
  • Monitor loans, lines of credit, debt schedules, interest payments, and covenant compliance.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Generate financial reports, cash flow analyses, and support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
  • Prepare tax support schedules and documentation for external CPA firms.
  • Assist with external audits and respond to requests from banks, lenders, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, treasury functions, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with accounting, legal, tax, investment, and operational teams on strategic projects and special initiatives.
What You Bring

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of month-end close procedures, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Experience with treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, or intercompany accounting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Net Suite or a comparable ERP system.
  • Background in multi-entity accounting, real estate, family office, private investment, wealth management, or related environments.
  • CPA designation or prior public accounting experience.
