- Manage key components of the month-end close process while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, account analyses, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Perform direct and indirect cost allocations and support cost accounting activities
- Support audit preparation, including schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Serve as a key Sage Intacct resource, helping drive system enhancements and improve accounting workflows
- Develop sophisticated Excel-based reporting, reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Partner with accounting leadership to strengthen processes, reporting, documentation, and internal controls
- Help identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the overall efficiency of the accounting function
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
- Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred
- Experience with cost accounting and/or cost allocations preferred
- Healthcare or nonprofit accounting experience preferred
- Experience working in a complex, multi-faceted accounting environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of projects and deadlines
- Fort Collins, CO
- Hybrid schedule with three onsite days per week
- Wednesday and Thursday are required onsite days
- Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
