Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Manage month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting as the Senior Accountant

• Support treasury and cash management activities, including daily cash activity, bank relationships, and intercompany funding

• Perform multi-entity accounting across operating companies, real estate holdings, trusts, and investment entities

• Assist with consolidations, budgeting support, and financial analysis for leadership

• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance the Senior Accountant function

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger expertise

• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and multi-entity accounting

• Treasury, cash management, or intercompany accounting experience preferred

• Advanced Excel skills;
Net Suite experience, CPA designation, or public accounting experience is a plus
