- Proven Content is a dynamic B2B content marketing agency, specializing in custom content for newsletters, blogs, and social media marketing. We provide a variety of online marketing services for a diverse array of national clients and agency partners. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic “word and people” person to fill a full-time position as Client Success Assistant.
- This individual will be involved in an assistant position for multiple clients digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed. This person will deliver client satisfaction and consistency in a timely, proactive, and responsible manner.
- The Client Success Assistant will communicate directly with clients regarding a variety of marketing assets including articles, videos, graphics, and reports. This person will also handle content scheduling and distribution on social media. This position will report to the company s Director of Client Services.
- Work closely with Director of Client Services on editorial calendar and planning functions.
- Deliver content to clients for review.
- Communicate with clients on overdue reviews/approvals.
- Schedule client meetings & set up Zoom calls.
- Assist with administrative setup of new clients.
- Schedule approved content for strategic publish date.
- Distribute content on social media.
- Attend and support client meetings.
- Additional administrative tasks as needed.
