between 7am-4pm (20 hrs a week) Pay rate: $20-$21/hr Description
The Administrative Assistant II will provide moderately complex administrative and clerical support to assist with daily office operations. This role requires a professional who can coordinate, organize, and implement assigned administrative functions while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling varied routine-to-moderately complex administrative tasks under general supervision.
Responsibilities- Receive, relay, and respond to routine and varied administrative requests and messages
- Digitize, organize, and maintain files, agreements, and documentation
- Perform moderately complex data entry and record management across one or more systems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calendars, and occasional travel arrangements
- Assist with general facility organization and miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Apply knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and operations to complete administrative processes
- Handle clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues, escalating complex matters as needed
- Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of administrative office experience
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
- Strong computer skills with high attention to detail
- Prior experience with document digitization and records management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities effectively
