Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience supporting professional services leaders and some background in college recruiting.
As one of the largest CPA firms in Northern Colorado, Soukup, Bush and Associates is a growing and thriving organization made up of over 40 associates who provide professional tax services, audit and accounting services, valuation consulting, cost segregation studies, education, bookkeeping and small business planning.
We’re looking for an outgoing Administrative Assistant with a great attitude and excellent social skills to support our growing and dynamic firm. The ideal candidate is organized, tech‑savvy, eager to learn, and brings a genuinely positive attitude to their work. This role primarily assists a senior partner, so attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset are especially important. Because you will interact regularly with clients and partners, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with people from diverse industries are key.
In addition to office‑based responsibilities, you will represent the firm at local college campuses and career events. You should be comfortable scheduling interviews and interacting with applicants of different educational and experience levels.
- Have a few years of experience successfully supporting top business leaders in an administrative role and interacting with customers or clients in a professional services setting.
- Proactively support a partner’s efficiency and productivity by identifying opportunities to serve, taking on administrative tasks, and managing day‑to‑day logistics—including organizing calendars, scheduling appointments, and helping them stay focused and prepared.
- Prepare client deliverables, assist clients with general questions, and communicate in a clear, respectful, and confidential manner.
- Create positive impressions and nurture strong relationships by treating clients, applicants, and team members with kindness, respect, and gratitude.
- Assist with intern recruiting by representing the firm at college campuses and career fairs, sharing our mission, engaging with students, and helping identify future talent. Support interview scheduling and candidate interactions, creating a warm, respectful, and professional first impression.
This role is not suitable for individuals who are uncomfortable with phone or in‑person communication, do not enjoy interacting with and serving others, are not extremely detail‑oriented, or lack the ability to anticipate the unspoken needs of a busy business leader.
This role pays between $25–30 per hour. Applications will be accepted through July 15, 2025.
