Job Title

The Larimer County Treasurer & Public Trustee's Office is seeking a detail-oriented, professional individual to provide essential support in carrying out Public Trustee functions and managing daily operational workload.

Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service through a variety of duties, including entering foreclosure packages into the GTS database, reviewing and processing Deeds of Trust releases (walk-ins, mail-ins, and electronic submissions), managing incoming phone communications, and providing administrative support to the management team. This is a limited-term position. Employees in limited-term roles are eligible for County benefits; however, the position is dependent on business needs and available funding.

The role is currently part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time employment. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., working on-site at 200 W Oak Street, Suite 2100, Fort Collins, CO.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Interpreting County/departmental policies, rules, and regulations in response to inquiries.
  • Providing excellent customer service to walk-in and phone clients.
  • Data entry.
  • Supporting the management team.
Qualifications

All candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.

  • Four (4) years of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
