Part‑time. Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Schedule:
Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M., with flexibility to cover other evenings.

JOB SUMMARY
Greet and assist visitors, families, and residents; answer telephone calls and take messages; sort and distribute mail; type files, stuff envelopes, and handle correspondence. The employee will carry out duties in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policies.

- Greet visitors and family members and provide non‑confidential information requested.
- Answer the telephone promptly using the appropriate greeting for the community.
- Sort mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
- Type and file correspondence and other information as needed.
- Adhere to and interpret resident rights.
- Adhere to and interpret personnel policies.
- Use computers, calculators, copy machines, postage machines, etc.
- Express concern and compassion for residents and families.
- Escort people, if necessary, to residents’ suites and other areas.

Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect. - Experience: at least one year of front‑desk/reception experience preferred.
- Education: high school or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Job Knowledge: typing, filing, use of copy machine, telephone systems, intercommunication system, and office equipment; knowledge of resident rights, confidentiality, public interaction, employee handbook, and census.
- Other: friendly, courteous, patient, understanding, and able to work well with staff, residents, and families; meets deadlines, organizes, and prioritizes workload.
Team members who are scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits; families of these team members are also eligible.
