The Customer Experience Officer supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by coordinating the customer closing experience. We are looking for a dedicated professional who models and holds others accountable to the Land Title Guarantee Company culture, acting as a coach and mentor to others in the organization.

In this role, you will interact directly with clients to answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. As a Customer Experience Officer, your impact is immediate. You won't just offer basic file processing; you will actively coordinate daily closing activities—including closing room schedules, calendars, meetings, and events—and process incoming customer orders by following work procedures for New Order Entry.

By assisting in the creation, preparation, and distribution of reports, and compiling data for over/short reports and escheating, you will directly drive our organization's success. You will also provide vital administrative assistance, from document distribution and typing memos to maintaining computer-based and paper files and managing office supplies.
