We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join us in our Fort Collins office. This is not a traditional admin role. You'll sit at the center of a fast-moving operation, coordinating people, travel, compliance, invoicing, and commercial processes to help keep operations running smoothly.

Location:

Fort Collins, CO | Office-Based

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type:

Full-Time

Compensation: $70,000 Base Salary + Up to $15,000 Annual Bonus Potential

What you'll be doing:
  • Coordinate flights, lodging and mobilization for field crews
  • Support fleet management and vehicle logistics
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and employee start-up processes
  • Manage employee training records and personnel information
  • Maintain client portals and job tracking systems
  • Manage safety, compliance and operational documentation
  • Complete monthly invoicing for an assigned portfolio
  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Assist with credit card reconciliation and invoice processing
  • Work closely with operations to resolve day-to-day issues and keep projects moving
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in operations administration, project administration, logistics or a similar fast-paced role
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Someone reliable, team-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance environment
