We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join us in our Fort Collins office. This is not a traditional admin role. You'll sit at the center of a fast-moving operation, coordinating people, travel, compliance, invoicing, and commercial processes to help keep operations running smoothly.

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $70,000 Base Salary + Up to $15,000 Annual Bonus Potential
What you'll be doing:- Coordinate flights, lodging and mobilization for field crews
- Support fleet management and vehicle logistics
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employee start-up processes
- Manage employee training records and personnel information
- Maintain client portals and job tracking systems
- Manage safety, compliance and operational documentation
- Complete monthly invoicing for an assigned portfolio
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Assist with credit card reconciliation and invoice processing
- Work closely with operations to resolve day-to-day issues and keep projects moving
- Experience in operations administration, project administration, logistics or a similar fast-paced role
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
