About Us A&B Import Auto is a locally owned, rapidly growing independent repair facility serving Northern Colorado since 1982. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a rock-star Automotive A-Level Technician to join our enthusiastic team!

A&B is proud to offer the following scheduling options to promote work life balance for our employees:

• Standard Monday-Friday 5 day work week.
• 4 day work week available with some weekend scheduling (work no more than half your weekends, 2 out of 5 anticipated).

As an Automotive Technician at A&B Import Auto, you'll be part of a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and exceptional service. We specialize in European and import vehicles, but work on all makes and models — giving you the opportunity to grow your diagnostic skills across a wide variety of platforms. You’ll be supported by a highly organized front office, consistent workflow, modern tools and equipment, and a company culture focused on long-term growth and mutual respect.

This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, values clean and efficient processes, and enjoys being part of a shop that sets a high standard in both technical ability and customer satisfaction.

• Expert Diagnosis & Repair:
  Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on European and import brands. Utilize factory-level scan tools, lab scopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance & Safety Checks:
  Complete scheduled maintenance services, courtesy inspections, and safety-related evaluations to ensure customer vehicles remain reliable and roadworthy.
• Continuous Learning:
  Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology and best practices.
• Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment:
  Follow all safety protocols. Keep your workspace clean and contribute to the overall appearance and professionalism of the shop.

• 50+ billable hours per week.
• Minimal quality control issues / comebacks.
• Strong communication with front desk advisors and leadership.

• Prior experience as an automotive technician.
• Experience in the European sector of the automotive industry is a big plus, but not required.
• Advanced diagnostic skills are a big plus, but not required.
