Billing & Invoicing Specialist / Account Representative Full-Time | Standard Business Hours (with month-end flexibility) On Site $60K–$70K DOE + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K)

• Manage end-to-end sales orders, invoicing, credits, and inter-company transfers using ERP (SAP preferred).
• Be the go-to contact for customer billing questions and account issues.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve pricing errors, and issue invoice corrections.
• Support sales teams with reporting, customer data, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain reports: sales, billing, usage, and custom dashboards.
• Align with supply chain and finance to ensure on-time, accurate billing.
• Coordinate with credit, supply planning, and commercial teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain clean, accurate master data for customers and pricing in ERP.

• 1–3 years in billing, invoicing, accounts, or sales operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems required (SAP strongly preferred).
• High attention to detail; strong problem-solving and time management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours during month-end close and audit periods.

• Contribute directly to operational accuracy and financial integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
