HPE Green Lake is looking for a seasoned, talented product manager to join a talented product management team to help in the mission of accelerating Green Lake Flex solutions offerings while focusing on the end-to-end customer experience.

Getting there takes more than just building great individual as-a-Service offerings to run customers’ workloads. It takes attention to the customer’s entire journey from trial, to onboarding, to consuming services, to billing, to upgrading. This Product Manager will work with teams from various disciplines within HPE to create a first class user experience for standardized offerings, considering the full customer lifecycle.

Your work will help shape the customer experience delivered with our Solution sizer and configuration tool, focusing on a first class CPQ experience. You ensure that complex products can be standardized for ease of configuration, pricing, and quoting while maintaining consistency, compliance, and margin objectives across regions and channels.

You capture and define requirements, work with Engineering on sizing, prioritize your backlog, maintain a roadmap, and help create marketing collateral, socializing product vision, enabling go-to-market teams, and the like.

• Independently leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for standardized Flex solutions. This includes the customer experience, offer evolution, pricing, and many other aspects.
• Builds and delivers the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring capabilities to market for the given cloud service (i.e., Product configuration mix, Revenue/Margins, financials, market share).
• Synthesizes market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen.
• Responsible for the product requirements (PRD) definition and execution to meet customer requirements and product capabilities/features.
• Guides key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit).
• Creates and drives goal alignment and collaborates across all the value chain partners to achieve product success as per plan and optimize margins across the product lifecycle. (i.e., Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Go-To-Market, Customer Success, etc).
• Executes to the agile product management methodology.
• Identifies and executes on potential partner relationships (technology, reseller and/or system integrator) as required to advance product portfolio, and/or reach.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in product management, computer science or engineering preferred.
