• Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
• Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
• Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
• Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.

• Related work experience and knowledge of operations management.
• High school diploma.
• Good communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• SAP experience preferred.

Kaeser offers a competitive pay, $65,000-$95,000 commensurate with experience, in addition to an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan.
