Procurement Manager

This role is crucial for managing procurement processes, focusing on strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, risk management, and vendor performance. The position requires a blend of commercial strategy and risk management, ensuring that vendor decisions align with pricing, security, and regulatory standards.

• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with a history of closing deals.
• Strong negotiation skills for strategic, financial, and business terms
• Understanding of contract structures and commercial mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis and cost modeling.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with technology, information security, and SaaS procurement is a plus.
• Experience with third-party risk management and financial services regulations is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with procurement and contract management tools is advantageous.
• Preferred college degree in business or accounting.
