Description
IKON Fire, a division of Super Vacuum Manufacturing, is searching for a dual-role Bookkeeper/Parts Specialist, to help fulfill the division’s bookkeeping responsibilities while intaking parts orders and processing warranty claims. This is a full-time position located in Fort Collins, CO, and is NOT hybrid or remote. IKON Fire is the authorized Colorado and Wyoming dealer of Rosenbauer fire trucks.
Key Bookkeeping Duties:
- Create truck sales orders, properly capturing all sales, fees and commissions within Acumatica, IKON Fire’s ERP software
- Handle all accounts receivable and payable duties
- 3 years preferred of Acumatica and/or Quickbooks experience
- Handle and meet all monthly close deadlines
- Create sales/expense/aging reports, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Key Parts Specialist Duties:
- Research, identify and order specialized parts for various fire apparatus (pumpers, aerials, rescues) from multiple manufacturers
- Maintain an organized warehouse, perform cycle counts and manage stock levels to ensure high-demand items are always available
- Assist in twice-annual inventory count processes
- Utilize digital parts manuals and schematics to assist customers and internal technicians in identifying the correct components for complex repairs
- Create parts sales orders and purchase orders in Acumatica
- Process incoming parts, inspect for accuracy/damage and manage outgoing deliveries to departments and field service sites
- Receive parts into inventory and convert receipts into invoices
- Manage quotes, orders, invoices and warranty issues with a focus customer communication, parts follow-through and minimized vehicle downtime
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
- Associates or equivalent experience in Accounting required
- 3 years of Acumatica and/or Quickbooks experience preferred
- Experience in inventory / warehouse management a plus
- Experience in fire or automotive a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage orders/invoices/requests from multiple customers and vendors
- Proficient in MS Office, inventory management software, and vendor portal navigation
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time, ability to bend and twist
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical agility test and a criminal background test
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
