Commercial Construction Superintendent

Position: Commercial Traveling Construction Superintendent
Summary:

Superintendent manages day-to-day operations and personnel on a construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key duties include coordinating and supervising all on-site activities and subcontractors, implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols, conducting quality control inspections, managing labor and material supplies, and communicating project progress to the team.

Essential Responsibilities:

 Supervising Construction Activities
 Coordinate Subcontractors
 Direct Work Crews
 Enforce Safety Protocols and collaborate with the Safety Director
 Conduct Quality Inspections and collaboration with the Quality Manager
 Track Project Progress
 Maintain Records required city, county, utility authorities and company requirements
 Verify dimensional control
 Monitor work for compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
 Learn and use different software and apps
 Manage Resources
 Budget Adherence
 Resolve Issues
 Collaborate and communicate with the project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address and resolve issues, and provide updates.
 Work with the Project Managers and General Superintendent during the pre-construction phase.

Job Requirements

* 10 years construction supervision experience

* 5+ years medical construction supervision experience

* Must have the ability to relocate for 12 ? 18-month periods
