Estimator (Fort Collins Office)
Hausmann has an opportunity for an Estimator to join our Fort Collins office. The role will assist with gathering proposals, coordinating bids, and performing accurate and detailed take-offs using various software applications.
Responsibilities
- Overall preparation of gathering proposals and related documents to prepare for bids.
- Identifying requirements and computing costs for labor and materials.
- Maintaining cost data and trends.
- Representing the company at pre-construction/pre-bid meetings.
- Preparing special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a construction‑related field. - Experience with OnScreen takeoff software.
- Problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and integrity‑driven.
