Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing construction industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

This role requires proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. The Project Manager will also be tasked with developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved, and negotiating and administering subcontractor and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
  • Negotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Utilize construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite to track project progress, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns and ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proven ability to manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to closeout.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience administering subcontractor and vendor contracts.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving project objectives.
