Construction Project Manager - Fort Collins

Position Overview

The Project Manager position is responsible for the overall planning and coordination of activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems, while executing a project from start until completion.

Project managers, with a preferred 6‑9 years of experience, will work with team members on the conceptual development of a construction project to help oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation while being organized, responsive, and adept at managing a project or multiple projects.

The project manager will help to minimize cost and risk, while ensuring that all project products and services are risk managed, budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Preferred 6‑9 years of experience in project management with a background in construction.
