You will create accurate monthly projections and cash flow analyses, oversee owner invoicing and subcontractor pay applications, and ensure timely buyouts and procurement to protect the schedule and budget.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field with 5+ years’ experience, plus HUD project leadership for $20M+.
