Martin Marietta is seeking a Paving Laborer to join our production and field operations team in Fort Collins. The role combines manual labor with equipment-assisted tasks to support asphalt installation, repair and maintenance on highways, parking lots, and industrial sites.
As a Safety First company, we value vigilance and a clean, hazard‑free work environment. You’ll assist skilled Operators and Foremen, help prep materials, and learn to operate heavy equipment as backup support for the crew.
