Fire Protection Project Manager We re looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to join our Fort Collins team. Whether you re an experienced fire protection professional or a construction project manager looking to grow into a specialized industry, we ll provide the support and resources to help you succeed.
The salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 for entry-level candidates. Experienced construction project managers are encouraged to apply. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and field teams
- Review construction documents and develop sprinkler system designs
- Perform hydraulic calculations and material takeoffs
- Lead project planning, manpower forecasting, and field coordination
- Manage project financials, billing, and change orders
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and code requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers and project partners

Job Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field is preferred, but is not required.
- Project management experience in construction or a related industry is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Auto Sprink, HydraCAD, or similar software is a plus but not required.
- NICET certification is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects
