Estimator - Fort Collins

Hausmann has an opportunity for an Estimator to join our Fort Collins office. Our team is seeking a qualified candidate to assist with gathering of proposals, coordination of bids and the accurate and detailed task of take-offs through a number of different software applications.

The Estimator position is responsible for the overall preparation of gathering proposals and related documents to prepare for bids, identifying the requirements and computing the costs for labor and materials, maintaining cost data and trends, and representing the company at pre-construction / pre-bid meetings.

The Estimator will help prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends in a timely manner. Problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction related degree, and experience with OnScreen takeoff software will all be sought in a successful applicant.
