We’re looking for an Area Safety Specialist
who’s passionate about building relationships, supporting field teams, and making sure everyone goes home safely every day. If you’re someone who leads with heart and believes safety starts with people, we’d love to talk to you.

As an Area Safety Specialist in our Fort Collins, CO region, you’ll work closely with local leaders and the Safety Manager to bring our safety standards to life. You’ll help implement policies, lead by example in the field, and ensure our teams and our customers have the support they need to create successful, compliant, and people-first work zones.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the trusted safety partner and advisor to our local project teams.
• Monitors and promotes weekly on-site safety inspections including logging, reporting, and documentation
• Lead incident investigations, manage accidents, and help the team determine root causes.
• Partner with clients and site leadership to manage complex safety and audit requirements.
• Conduct safety audits/inspections, participate in toolbox talks, and lead pre-task planning sessions.
• Deliver hands-on training and advisement on best practices for confined space, lockout/tagout (LOTO), arc flash protection, PPE, environmental hazards, etc.
• Assist project leaders in developing and implementing pre-job safety plan kickoffs.
