Essential Functions- Collaborate with the team on projects
- Comprehend and follow directions (verbal and hand-signaled) from the team lead
- Independently set and focus on daily and weekly goals
- Follow and enforce applicable OSHA and company safety regulations
- Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, digging, and shoveling
- Travel to various project locations as required
- Maintain concentration in a busy and noisy construction environment
- Document and report tasks as required
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location every day
- Current driver’s license, valid for the past consecutive 12 months
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Fluent in understanding and speaking English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of construction experience preferred
- Completed 10-hour OSHA Training Course within 6 months of employment (company sponsored).
- Completed First Aid/CPR Training Course within 6 months of employment (company sponsored).
