Position: Project Manager - Commercial Construction Div. 9 DENVER, MOUNTAINS & FORT COLLINS OFFICES

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial painting projects and will step into an active backlog of awarded work and serve as a key client-facing manager for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage new construction projects within the painting scope to closeout
  • Responsible for CVR (Cost Value Report) valuations & monthly billing of projects
  • Maintain strong client relationships through and meetings
  • Track and negotiate changes to the scope of work. Complete and submit change orders for added scope of work
  • Ensure project schedules, budgets, and QC benchmarks are met
  • Ability to manager superintendents/crew leads ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Professionally represent the company with owners, GCs, and project partners
  • Order/coordinate all project materials, negotiate price with vendors
  • Coordinate schedule, manpower and equipment with logistics scheduling manager
Qualifications
  • Have experience in managing multiple clients
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience specific to commercial construction (Div. 9 and Painting is a plus)
  • Must have previous experience overseeing and managing project finances including expenses
  • Must have experience managing variable labor costs/ job cost reports
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints - Division 9 finishes, structural
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to properly utilize software including Bluebeam, BIM, Procore, Microsoft Office
