Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
We are partnering with an established commercial general contractor in the Colorado Front Range that is continuing to grow its healthcare construction practice. This is an opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to lead complex projects in active medical environments while joining a collaborative, relationship-driven organization with strong long-term career potential.

Who You Are- An experienced Healthcare Superintendent with a strong track record delivering complex construction projects in active hospitals and medical facilities.
- A field leader who understands the unique challenges of working around patients, hospital staff, and ongoing clinical operations.
- Someone who takes ownership of safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, and communication on the jobsite.
- A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships with subcontractors, project teams, owners, and healthcare stakeholders.
- A mentor who enjoys developing field teams and helping others grow.
- Lead construction activities within occupied hospitals and healthcare facilities while minimizing disruption to patient care and daily operations.
- Manage field scheduling, production, quality, safety, and overall project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including detailed three-week look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and project logistics.
- Lead daily huddles and weekly trade coordination meetings.
- Work closely with owners, hospital representatives, architects, engineers, and project management teams.
- Oversee infection control, containment, phasing, and site logistics within sensitive healthcare environments.
- Ensure work complies with applicable healthcare regulations, building codes, safety requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Identify field challenges early and work collaboratively with the project team to keep projects on schedule.
- 8-10+ years of construction experience with significant healthcare construction experience.
- Demonstrated experience with hospital renovations and expansions.
- Strong experience working within occupied and actively operating healthcare facilities.
- Hands-on knowledge of infection control and containment practices.
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction codes, compliance requirements, phasing, and logistics.
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, highly regulated environments.
