General Job Description:

The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.

· Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club

· Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures

· Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in

· Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner

· Communicate special events to members and guests

· Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome

· Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager

· Always maintain professional disposition

· Sell retail products

· Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures

· Know club facility, services, and schedules

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Assist in all projects as delegated by club management

· Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

Requirements

· Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification

· Experience working with children

· Certifications, as local/state laws require

Physical Requirements

· Lift 10 lbs. on occasion

· Stand, bend and squat with frequency

· Climb and hang decorations when needed

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
