OverviewWere seeking organized, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Virtual Travel Coordinator. In this fully remote role, assist clients with planning, organizing, and booking customized travel experiences — from vacations and cruises to corporate trips and group travel.

Key Responibilities- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and excursions
- Consult with clients to understand schedules, budgets, and travel preferences
- Research destinations, suppliers, and promotional offers
- Create detailed itineraries and travel documents
- Communicate with vendors to confirm reservations and special requests
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
