Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Writer based in Fort Collins, CO. The Service Writer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by assisting with service inquiries and coordinating service appointments. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate service records, and liaising with the service team to ensure efficient operations. The role requires balancing administrative tasks with customer service duties to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including a focus on Customer Satisfaction and effective handling of client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication, along with polite and professional Phone Etiquette
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with basic office software and service tracking systems
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in order to manage service requests and records efficiently
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to addressing customer and team needs
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service or relevant fields are a plus
  • Previous experience in a service-related or administrative role is advantageous
