The Role

Service Consultant

As a Service Consultant, you are the bridge between our clients and our service team.

You will help create an experience that feels organized, professional, transparent, and caring from start to finish.

You'll manage communication, coordinate repairs, quote jobs accurately, and help ensure every client feels informed and taken care of throughout the process.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist service clients professionally and warmly
  • Correctly quote and explain recommended repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
  • Coordinate effectively with technicians and internal teams
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle warranty and service contract submissions accurately
  • Ensure documentation and repair orders are completed properly
  • Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish
  • Help contribute to a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
