Full‑time Receptionist – Porsche Fort Collins, CO

The Porsche Fort Collins dealership at indiGO Auto Group is looking for a professional, friendly Receptionist to join our team. This role involves greeting customers, handling inquiries, and supporting daily dealership operations in a fast‑paced, luxury automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associate
  • Communicate customer inquiries clearly to the appropriate parties
  • Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism
  • Coordinate the pick‑up and delivery of mail services
  • Perform related clerical duties to support dealership operations
Qualifications
  • Friendly and inviting phone presence
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Focus on delivering high‑quality work
  • Willingness to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Preferred: prior experience in luxury retail
  • Preferred: automotive industry experience
