• Build meaningful relationships with clients and become a trusted resource.

• Assist customers via email, text, and phone with software questions and account support.
• Guide clients on how to use the platform, troubleshoot issues, and conduct research to find solutions.
• De‑escalate concerns, provide excellent service, and help customers feel confident and supported.
• Document all customer interactions and updates accurately within the system.

• Previous customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet research, PDF editing/conversion, and Teams or Zoom.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple customer requests at once.
• Experience with real estate, property management, HOAs, or HOA board involvement.
