We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Collins, CO.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and drivers, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule: Friday - Monday Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-10 hour shifts)

• Provide outstanding customer service to passengers and drivers regarding transportation services and trip-related questions
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Assist customers with ride information, service updates, and general support needs
• Communicate clearly and accurately regarding schedules, trip details, and service changes
• Create positive customer experiences through friendly, solution-oriented interactions

• Assist drivers by providing trip information, operational updates, and service support
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to help ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and service details
• Facilitate effective communication between customers, drivers, and internal departments
• Support daily operational activities that contribute to customer satisfaction and service excellence

• Address customer concerns and service issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work with internal teams to identify solutions and resolve challenges efficiently
• Remain calm and composed during high-volume periods and unexpected situations
• Help improve the customer and driver experience through proactive support
• Share feedback and recommendations that contribute to service improvements

• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, transportation, hospitality, retail, or a related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain professional and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience with transportation, dispatch, or customer service software is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
